http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2006/04/27/goth-culture060427.html?ref=rss Got this from nemesis2207. Thought it was pretty interesting. In other news, we've had the work done on the house that fucko messed up and ripped us off on. Speaking of said jackass he has been taken to court and officially charged with contractor fraud. Hopefully we can get the money back that we paid him, that's all we want considering the guy is a piece of shit and doesn't have anything in the first place. He did a horrible job and we were not satisfied, and he dropped the work and took off to top it.
Oh yeah, we've had Robins living in the light on our front door step, we've seen them lay eggs and become the little birds they are now, flying around the yard. We've also had another family of birds make a nest sort of in our attic under the soffet of the back of the house. One of the birds must've fallen out or been kicked out by the mother yesterday. The little one was wandering around the backyard, his flight feathers hadn't grown in yet. I tried all I could to help the little one without putting the scent of human on him to be ignored by his own. Made a little shelter for it under the nest area at the backdoor and laid out food. Woke up this morning to take out the dogs and the little one had passed away sometime in the night next to the shelter I built. I'm sure our little girl is helping the little one out in birdy heaven right now. Speaking of our little angel, we got a little casket for her. She'll be buried in style and respect. Our little patron saint of lost birds. =]
Away from the sad and to the happy...we're getting a fence put in the backyard so we'll be having cookouts and get togethers this summer! Just remember, two grills! One for us non-meateaters and another for the dead things. And no one cooks the pets! Also, I've been restoring more of the interior of the house. We finished painting the living room and I've started on removing the 50 year old lead paint from the wood trim around the ceiling. It's pretty impressive so far. Been training puppies, too. Cleaning up piss and shit is not what I would call cute. The other stuff I can live with. And just to dispel any rumours, if any, Zoe and I are doing wonderful! Yes, I get moody and pissy, but then again, I'm not all there in the head. The medication from the doc works, and the self medication (drinking on and off) that I do even me out. It's nice being a hermit but I tend to miss the friends we have. Lately it's been up and down with people. Paranoia kicks in, annoyance kicks in, I want to see but then again I want everyone to just go away. I tend to listen to the good half, or at least try.
Haven't been able to do any art lately. I think I'm in a rut again. Having blockage is never good...especially when you're poopin', then it's really not good. =P Anyway, this is long enough, time to end, time to go. No more time, the party is over let it all go, find some rest for this rover. the living always lie, there is always true sincerity in the dead time to lay down and calm this soul, let dreams run free in my head.
Hmmmm, yeah. Well, it's something.Current Music: Tristania - My Lost Lenore

Harold has passed away. At 2:40 pm, a little while into the surgery, her heart stopped. She was asleep, and she went peacefully knowing that we loved her. She was a fighter, even up to the moment they sedated her. The memories that we have of her are amazing. Even the Doctors at the clinic said so. They had her flying around, playing with her toys, eating like crazy, and even attacking our Doctor. The last moments we had with her she knew very much she was our family and she meant so much to us. She will be missed.

Our little girl is having surgery tomorrow afternoon. Harold, our little cockatiel, more than likely has a form of cancer in her abdomen. We've been trying to exhaust any and all possible ways of making her healthy over the past 4-5 months. We are at our last resort. We went to Madison University today to meet with the Doctor and talk about this. Right now she's sleeping in an incubator at the University. We brought some of her favorite toys with her so she'd feel more comfortable there. Tomorrow afternoon she'll be going under and they're going to do all they can. It's going to be exploratory surgery and with cockatiels it's very risky. We're keeping hope, but there's a good chance she won't wake up. We're going to be contacted before and after. If there cancer is spread throughout her body and there is not really any hope of her being herself again, or having the cancer comeback even stronger, we've decided it would be best for her to just pass in peace in her sleep. This decision is extremely difficult for us, especially when we can't do anything for her right now. If all goes well though, which we're wanting more than anything right now, she'll up and ready (and drugged up) to go by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. She's our little girl. We don't have kids, but with the ones we have living with us right now, we consider them our family...our children. And we do anything for them.Current Mood: numb

Hey everyone, haven't been on here in quite some time. Just didn't want to update I guess. Anyway, this morning Kodo and Podo have found a new home. Someplace where they can be taken care of better. Ever since we got 'em our allergies have been trying to slowly kill us and we never have them out as much as we should. But, the two guys that came over today were really good people and they have had ferret experience. And they have other animals, including a ton of birds, at their place! This'll be good for them. Been working on the floor of the house, been working at work (I hate that place so much), been slowly working on another portrait (It'll be done soon, I fucking swear!), X-mas was good, and found out this past week I'm going t be an Uncle. I always wanted to be a Monkey's Uncle, but hey the kid'll look like one when she pops it out so it could work! Anyway, I think I'm going to start up a MySpace account here, I'll finally join you fuckers...damnit. hehe Joiiin ussss, JOOIIN USSSS. fine fine. That's all for now.Current Music: Iggy Pop - Never met a Girl Like you Before

So yeah, had a scare with the computer last night. The whole thing started beeping at me telling me the CPU fan wasn't working, which it wasn't! So, as a safety precaution it would start. One day later and several jackasses later, I found one at Computer Connection. If you need anything and you're in LAX, go there! The guy is awesome and was nice...they sell music equipment as well which is a plus. Anywho, Crisis over! We're all moved into the house now and it's so nice. That is all.

My good friend Ben left to live in California today. In other news the house has pretty much everything in it and it's all finding a home in the house. Couple little things I have to get out of the other place before the 1st of October. I'm on the hunt for a job in full force starting this week. Made new resumes/cover letter crap, I need to make some major cash, have a house now, maybe I'll put up some collectibles on eBay again. Anyway, after that I'll have a shameless plug for my cafepress store here...Kill.All.Artists. That is all for now!Current Music: Specimen - Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
